No! The photoshoot is an additional ad on offer that you can choose to opt into (at an extra cost) so if being in front of the camera is not something you are interested in (or maybe not yet hehe) then that is absolutely fine!

This challenge is designed for real women with busy lives by a busy girl who understands. Everything is structured to teach you the tools that allow you to be flexible, and in control while making changes to your lifestyle that lead to long term results. The accountability, support, and education provided will keep you on track and you have access to Gem in your fortnightly check ins with any questions.
Yes! This is a gym-based challenge designed for progressive overload and maximising results.
You’ll need access to:
✔ Barbells & dumbbells
✔ Basic Machines and Cables
✔ A Squat Rack
This ensures you progress effectively over the 10weeks and see real strength & physique changes. Plus, we want to see you build confidence within the gym environment.
This challenge is going to help you build sustainable, results-driven nutrition habits.
You’ll receive:
✔ Personalised macro targets tailored to your goals with fortnightly updates with your check in.
✔ Menu Ideas and Recipe Drops
✔ Understand Macros and Micronutrients with Gem's educational workshops so you can learn to build your own menu FROM DAY 1.
I want to ensure you learn how to fuel your body properly while still enjoying your favourite foods.

Elevate her is perfect for the women who are looking for learn how to track and build their own menus.
Absolutely! You will have the support of Gem 100% throughout the challenge in more ways than 1 to make sure you get the help you need.
✔ Initial Onboarding Form allowing you to outline your goals, struggles and questions for Gem to answer before kicking off day 1.
✔ Fortnightly Check In Form with Gem sending a response back within 24 Hours of check in answering your questions and goals for the next 2 weeks.
✔ Support Group with The Huntress Community.
✔ 3 Video Feedback Chats from Gem at Week 1 to set your overview, week 5 to review progress and at the end of your challenge to discuss your next round of goals.

This challenge is not tailored for pregnancy, injuries, or medical conditions.
