  • Designed for women who want to feel strong, confident, and in control of their fitness and nutrition. Whether you’re a confident gym girly ready to learn how to take it up a notch or a new to fitness BUT ready to understand how to make real change, this challenge provides the expert guidance, accountability, and education you need to see real progress, allowing you to rediscover your confidence and prioritise YOU. 

    This challenge is designed for real women with busy lives by a busy girl who understands. Everything is structured to teach you the tools that allow you to be flexible, and in control while making changes to your lifestyle that lead to long term results. The accountability, support, and education provided will keep you on track and you have access to Gem in your fortnightly check ins with any questions.

  • Yes! This is a gym-based challenge designed for progressive overload and maximising results. 

    You’ll need access to: 

    ✔ Barbells & dumbbells 

    ✔ Basic Machines and Cables 

    ✔ A Squat Rack

    This ensures you progress effectively over the 8 weeks and see real strength & physique changes. Plus, we want to see you build confidence within the gym environment.

  • This challenge is going to help you build sustainable, results-driven nutrition habits. 

    You’ll receive: 

    ✔ Personalised macro targets tailored to your goals with fortnightly updates with your check in. 

    ✔ Menu Ideas and Recipe Drops

    ✔ Understand Macros and Micronutrients with Gem's educational workshops so you can learn to build your own menu FROM DAY 1.

    I want to ensure you learn how to fuel your body properly while still enjoying your favourite foods.

    Elevate her is perfect for the women who are looking for learn how to track and build their own menus.

  • Absolutely! You will have the support of Gem 100% throughout the challenge in more ways than 1 to make sure you get the help you need. 

    ✔ Initial Onboarding Form allowing you to outline your goals, struggles and questions for Gem to answer before kicking off day 1. 

    ✔ Fortnightly Check In Form with Gem sending a video response answering your questions and goals for the next 2 weeks. 

    ✔ Support Group with The Huntress Community. 

    ✔ 4 Educational Videos within your challenge. 

    Plus, Gem is available on instagram within business hours for support. @gem_ursino

  • This challenge is not tailored for pregnancy, injuries, or medical conditions. If you are currently pregnant, recovering from an injury, or have a health condition that affects your ability to train, please consult your doctor for clearance to participate in Elevate HER or seek personalised coaching with Gem for a more personalised, structure program to assist you best.
